Booking conditions:
At the moment of reservation you can choose if to pay 30% deposit or sign the travel insurance (or both). Here you can transfer the deposit as well as take out the travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation fees:
Cancellation until 30 days before the day of arrival: FREE CANCELLATION
Cancellation until 7 days before the day of arrival: 30% of the agreed total price
Cancellation from 1 day before the day of arrival: 60% of the agreed total price
In case of early departure or late arrival or no-show: 80% of the agreed total price

Arrivals & departure:
Your room will be ready for you at 3pm on the day of your arrival.
On your day of departure, please vacate your room by 10am.
Late arrival or early departure:
In case of early departure or late arrival we will charge 80% of the price for the cancelled days.

Local turist tax:
€ 3,70 per night for adults and children aged 14 years or over

Surcharge for double room used as single room:
If you book a Economy double room for single use, we will levy a 50% surcharge. In Standard or Premium rooms the surcharge is of 100%.

Stay of up to 3 nights:
If you are staying for less than 3 days, we will levy a 10% surcharge.

Room requests:
Please note that we can only commit to assign you a room type, not a specific room number.

Small pets:
For pets which do not require catering, we charge €20 per day.

Parking:
You may park your car free of charge in our private parking.

Smoking:
Please note that Hotel Condor operates a non-smoking policy. The hotel does provide outdoor smoking areas.

Private Skiboxes at lift Miara:
Our guests have the possibility to book private skiboxes at the lift Miara for a special price. The boxes can be used during the whole stay, starting from the day of check-in (from 15 pm) until the day of check-out (until 10 am). One box includes 2 heated places for ski and boots and costs €7,00 per night.

Payment options:
We accept cash up to € 4.999,00 per person (legal limit), credit cards (excepting American Express & Diners), Bancomat and traveller’s checks. New price lists immediately supersede old price lists. In the event of unforeseeable economic developments or a change to the current VAT rate of 10%, we will adjust our prices accordingly.
