Once on the top, you'll be greeted by breathtaking panoramic views of South Tyrol – especially the Pustertal Valley and countless Dolomite peaks. You can visit the Concordia Peace Bell and explore the Museum of Alpine and Mountaineering History MMM Corones, as well as the Lumen Museum of Mountain Photography. These attractions are also open in winter. Just like Kronplatz, another wonderful place to explore is Piz de Plaies and its circular hiking trails with charming rustic chalets. With its adventure trail and trampolines, it's also a great destination for families with children. The lift is open in summer and is located just opposite our hotel.

Mountain biking and cycling

Explore the most beautiful corners of South Tyrol – in the Puster Valley, the Dolomites, and the Val Badia, cycling is a fantastic experience, whether with or without electric assistance. Downhill enthusiasts will find themselves in the right place: Kronplatz offers a variety of both easy and challenging bike trails, and Piz de Plaies has an MTB course. In our vicinity, you'll find several bike rental shops that offer all essential services. They are easily accessible on foot.

The Dolomites are popular among climbers. There are seemingly countless iron paths and climbing gardens. The via ferrata on Piz da Peres was established in 2022 and with a difficulty level of C/D, it's not the easiest, but it's well worth the effort for sure-footed and experienced mountaineers – just like the short via ferrata to Neunerspitze. Alpine climbing can be enjoyed at „Ciastlins," near the waterfalls of the same name.
