The reception and the main entrance are open from 7.30 AM to 10.00 PM.
In case of urgent needs, please call the nr. 9 (Reception) or the nr. +39 348 7096077.
If you go out at night, please take the room key with you: that will open the main door.

We kindly ask you to leave your room within 10.00 AM on the day of your departure.
If you plan to leave before 7.30 AM, please let us know at the reception.

◊ The Wellness zone (floor -1) has 3 different areas.
The access is allowed to the guests of our Hotel only.
The bath robe is free of charge for our guests for the whole stay.
You can withdraw the bath robes for children at the reception.
Green zone - access granted to any children accompanied by an adult.
Indoor swimming pool 15m (30°C) and garden (h 07.00 AM – 7.00 PM)
It is strictly forbidden to splash water and dive. Swim cap welcome (available at the reception, €3,00). For safety reasons, we kindly ask the parents not to leave the children alone in the pool area.

Dogs & cats
◊ Pets are welcome in Condor and are charged €20,00/day.
◊ They are NOT allowed to enter the following areas: main dining room, pool, fitness and wellness area. Dogs have to be kept on leash and it is not allowed to use the entrance and gardens in front of the hotel as dog-toilets. For mutual respect to other guests, we kindly ask you to avoid excessive barking. Before going to your room please clean their paws.
The owner is responsible in case of damages.

◊ Adults’ playroom and shooting (10 m) range
We have a playroom with billiards, table soccer, darts and shooting, for adults only at ground floor. Any use on own responsibility.

◊ Playroom - You can find the children’s playroom at ground floor: table-soccer, billiards and video-games. In summertime, from the lounge you can also access the outdoor play area.
SKI & more
◊ Ski depot, rentals & ski pass
Our free skiroom (floor -1) is accessible from the parking (pool side). Additionally, we have private ski boxes (2 places) at the lift “Miara” which can be rented by our guests for only €7,00 per day (due to limited availibility, they can be booked in advance and only for the whole stay).
We suggest the rental “Miara” to rent skis and boots, since you may use the ski deposit right there. The ski pass office is in the same building.
